Product Guarantee

The product guarantee is valid for 3 years following the date of purchase. In the unlikely event of ScaleGuard dying, ie the red light failing to illuminate, send the unit back for replacement, quoting your invoice number.

This guarantee does not extend to any other electrical or water appliance or device that may be in use by the user of ScaleGuard and we accept no liability for the malfunction of any device other than ScaleGuard which has, either directly or indirectly, been sold to the user.

If you're not satisfied with its performance after 3 months of continuous use, contact us within 30 days — we'll do everything we can to put it right. If we're unable to resolve the issue, we'll refund your purchase in full upon return of the unit.
