Payments

Payments are made in Pounds Sterling. All credit card transactions are processed throughShopify and checked prior to the orders being sent out. Please make sure your details are correct. We accept no responsibility for any order delayed as a result of incorrect payment details being given. We automatically take payment from your credit/debit card immediately upon you confirming your order - if, in the highly unlikely event, we are unable to fulfil you order within 5 working days we will offer to refund your card whilst we await stock.

Privacy Statement

We regard maintaining the privacy of our customers as very important and have therefore established a privacy policy as set out below. This privacy statement forms part of the Terms of Use.

We will only use any information provided to us in a lawful and reasonable manner, in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. Information is collected from you to enable us to process your order and provide the best possible service. Any information provided will not be passed on or sold to any further party, persons or companies / organisations. We will not contact you by email or any other means without your prior consent (unless this is in relation to your order).

All credit card transactions are processed through Shopify - we do not save your credit card details on this website.

Product guarantee

ScaleGuard comes with a 3 year guarantee on parts and workmanship. In the unlikely event of the unit becoming unserviceable please return it to us for a replacement, quoting your date of purchase. Sorry but we do not pay for return postage.
